terms & conditions

  • A down payment of 50% is required upon acceptance of invoice.
  • Down payment is not refundable if cancellation is less than 7 days before the event.
  • Party team will arrive at the venue at least 3 hours before the event.
  • Activities should run according to agreed schedule. Every additional hour is chargeable subject to Sweet Life staff estimation.
  • All decorative items and props are Sweet Life property and need to be returned to Sweet Life staff at the end of the event. No items are to be kept by client or guests
